WESTERVILLE, Ohio (AP) -Otterbein coach Dick Reynolds reached 600 victories Saturday night, leading the Cardinals to a 95-84 victory over Muskingum.

Reynolds is the fifth NCAA Division III coach to win 600 games and the 46th NCAA coach to do it overall. He took over at Otterbein, his alma mater, in 1972 and has compiled a 600-332 record. The Cardinals won the national championship in 2002.

Otterbein College head coach, Dick Reynolds, addresses the crowd after his 600th career victory

"The young people have won the 600 games," Reynolds said. "I've been here administering it. It's nice to have a program to where the young people can bring forth that many wins.

"It makes you feel old to a certain degree. I've had an awful lot of good athletes come through and an awful tolerant family that's allowed me to do it. The lifestyle I've been allowed to have here at Otterbein has been tremendous."

Tyler Ousley had 30 points and had 15 rebounds for Otterbein.
