FITNESS:
In order for us to be able to handle the daily stresses in life and help others, we must first be in good health ourselves. Never be afraid to take care of yourself first. We suggest doing some research with your physician and formulating a plan of action tailored to yourself. Please find reference to the following web links that will connect you with information on diet and exercise you may use in your daily life.

There have been suggestions on keeping a daily journal or log of your exercise and diet. Keep a journal detailing what you eat for meals and snacks throughout the day as well as logging what exercise you perform and how long and the intensity. In addition, document if you are taking medications, vitamins, etc. Having your physician look over you daily log can help to pinpoint what you could do to improve health as well as help to identify any health concerns. Also, in your journal, record when you visit the Dr., for what purpose and your vitals at your visit. It is never a bad thing to have this valuable information handy when you need it.

    1. Sample of journal pages and what information to record
    2. Sample pages they can print off to start their journal
