About the
NABC EXPO

Q: Where will the Expo be held?
A: NABC Expo takes place annually at the host site of the NABC Convention and NCAA Final Four. The location changes annually and follows the NCAA Final Four.

Q: Why does the Expo follow the Final Four?
A: The NABC is an official affiliate organization of the NCAA. The NABC is at the forefront of college basketball issues nationally and works closely with the NCAA on issues affecting the sport. The Final Four serves as the host site of the annual NABC Convention where over 3,500 coaches convene annually to engage in business meetings, hospitality and official events such as NABC Expo as well as enjoy the festivities and excitement of the NCAA Final Four.

Q: What companies participate in Expo?
A: Most companies that participate in Expo are directly related to the sport of basketball and the basketball industry at-large (i.e., apparel, uniforms, balls, goals, floors, locker room systems, shoes, training aids, conditioning equipment, etc). Some industries overlap into the basketball industry and coaching profession and thus are a good fit for participation in this show (i.e., insurance, fundraising, awards, travel and lodging, food and beverage products, etc.)

Q: Who are some of the companies that participate in NABC Expo?
A: Companies such as Reebok, Nike, Gatorade, Hammer Strength, Anaconda Sports, Rawlings, Wilson, adidas, And1 Basketball, Gared Sports, DeLong, Connor Sports Flooring, Baden Sports and Basketball Products International are just a few of many companies who exhibit at NABC Expo.

Q: How many companies participate in NABC Expo annually?
A: Approximately 125 or more companies participate in NABC Expo filling over 80,000 square feet of exhibit space.

Q: What is the average attendee traffic at NABC Expo?
A: Annually, Expo has attracted, on average, 7,000-10,000 in traffic to the show over 3-days(a portion of these numbers represents repeat traffic).

Q: How much does it cost to participate in NABC Expo?
A: Prices for participation in NABC Expo are set annually and are presented in the annual NABC Expo official registration packet. Typically, a 10' x 10' standard booth will cost between $1300-$1500. This fee is for square footage use only. Carpeting, power, phone lines, labor and other booth amenities are an additional cost provided by the official Expo decorator.

Q: How long is the show?
A: NABC Expo is usually held over 3-days prior to the NCAA Final Four semi-final games that occur on Saturday annually. Hours of operation are typically 8-9 hours per day except for Saturday (shorter hours).

Q: How many booths can I purchase?
A: Exhibitors can purchase as many booths as needed, typically in 100 square foot increments.

Q: What do I get with the booth for the fee?
A: The exhibitor will receive the space (real estate), two side-rails and draped back wall with a two-line sign. However, exhibitors are welcome to utilize custom-made booths that they provide (there is no change in base fee if custom booths are used).

Q: Who is the decorator on the show?
A: GES Exposition Services is the official NABC Expo decorator. This company has provided decorator services for the NABC Expo for the past 10-years.

Q: When will I receive my decorator packet to order booth amenities, labor, etc.?
A: Typically, packets are mailed to all registered exhibitors by the end of January.

Q: Can I reserve hotel rooms through the NABC?
A: Yes. Once a company has completed their registration and paid all initial registration fees, hotel room information will be mail directly to the exhibitor. A limited number of rooms are reserved annually by the NABC to accommodate NABC Exhibitors. All hotel room deposits and fees are the responsibility of the participating exhibitor.

Q: Can I as an exhibitor obtain tickets to Final Four games through the NABC?
A: No. However, if your company is or becomes an official corporate partner (sponsor) of the NABC, this option is available.

Q: Why should my company exhibit in NABC Expo?
A: There is no larger or better coaches show in the nation. NABC Expo is the premiere marketing and selling opportunity targeted to the college and high school basketball industry. No other event places more coaches, trainers and administrators in one room over the course of 3-days like NABC Expo.
