Jim Haney
Executive Director

Jim will answer questions about NABC programs and initiatives, NCAA legislation, the association's annual convention, and can provide general information on the organization. He is key contact for the One Nation, One Flag, One People initiative and the Guardians of the Game program. He also serves as an advisor for the Ethics Committee and Student Basketball Council. Haney was the recipient of the Coach Wooden Keys to Life Award in 2007, presented by Athletes In Action (AIA). 816-595-6150

Reggie Minton
Deputy Executive Director

A member of the NABC's management team, Reggie is responsible for working on issues that directly affect college basketball coaches, while assisting with NCAA legislation to improve the game for players and coaches. He is the NABC's primary contact for Coaches vs. Cancer, the Coaches Support Network and Alumni Program as well as serving as the chief liaison for the association's preseason basketball tournaments and coaches clinics including NCAA YES Clinics. Reggie serves as a trustee for the Naismith Basketball Hall of Fame and also serves on the board of directors for USA Basketball and is Vice-President for men's programs. 816-595-6161

Kevin Henderson
Associate Executive Director

CEO - College Basketball Experience
A member of the NABC's management team, Henderson is the Chief Executive Officer of the College Basketball Experience, a nationally acclaimed state-of-the-art experiential facility located at the Sprint Center in downtown Kansas City, Mo. He served as the project leader for the design and construction of the 41,500 square foot CBE, which opened in the fall of 2007 and is home to the National Collegiate Basketball Hall of Fame. 816-949-7510

Carol Haney
Director of Internal Operations

Carol coordinates committee conference calls, agendas and minutes for the NABC Board of Directors, NABC Congress and various NABC committees. Carol also serves as the coordinator for the NABC's mentoring program, One Nation, One Flag, One People initiative and the NABC's Reading and Math with the NABC program. 816-595-6180

Stephanie Whitcher
Director of Finance

Stephanie, a certified public accountant with a M.B.A. degree, joined the NABC in the summer of 2008 and serves in a similar capacity with the NABC Foundation, Inc. She is responsible for all aspects of accounting and financial reporting, including but not limited to accounts payable, tax filings, payroll, budgets and preparation and review of financial reports. She is the liaison with building management and works with other office personnel on operation functions including equipment purchases and maintenance. 816-595-6171

Troy Hilton
Director of Association Affairs

Troy is the association's official meeting planner and serves as the key contact for the annual NABC Convention. He oversees the convention schedule, housing and transportation. He also assists in facilitating coaching clinics and serves as a liaison to the NABC Congress. 816-595-6155

Dottie Yearout
Director of Membership Services

Dottie is responsible for the NABC Membership Services Department. She communicates on an ongoing basis with NABC members concerning their membership status and participation in the NABC Convention. She is also responsible for the management of the NABC's membership database. 816-595-6185

Ebony Donahue
Assistant Director of Membership Services

Ebony assists with all aspects of NABC membership. She handles requests for membership application, dues receipts and is the contact for change of address and change of position for member coaches. 816-595-6151

Janelle Guidry
Convention Manager

Janelle assists in convention, housing, meeting planning and operations. She plays a primary role in the annual NABC Guardians of the Game awards show at the NABC Convention during the NCAA Final Four. 317-705-9908

Rick Leddy
Public Relations Director

Rick joined the NABC as public relations director in February, 2007, and is responsible for public and media relations, NABC publications and website operations. He serves as the official spokesperson for the NABC, is the NABC contact for Samaritan's Feet and also assists with the production of events at the NABC Convention, including the Guardians of the Game Awards Show and Champions Luncheon. Rick is the secretary for the NABC Board of Directors, a position he has held since 1985. He is a member of the USBWA and CoSIDA and previously was associate athletic director/communications at Southern Connecticut State University, where he served for 36 years. 203-815-2437

Mark Heatherman
Association Affairs/Operations Assistant

Mark joined the NABC as an association affairs assistant following the 2008 NABC convention in San Antonio. The University of Kansas graduate oversees the NABC MARKETPLACE, formerly the NABC Expo, the annual NABC sports trade show held at the NABC Convention during the NCAA Final Four. A former NABC intern, he also assists in various aspects of association affairs and operations. 816-595-6160 or 6174

Phyllis Biddle
membership/Office Assistant

Phyllis assists with membership and in the general operations of the NABC office. 816-878-6222
